RETURNS POLICY

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review our policy for a smooth return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Personalized, perishable, hazardous items, and sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact us at unleashed@earnyarep.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return.
  2. Returns must be requested before sending items back; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defects or errors on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS

WE MAKE THE PROCESS EASY

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
  • It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item. Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at agurley@earnyarep.com if there are defects, damage, or errors.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
