CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately, so we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at unleashed@earnyarep.com. We will work quickly to correct the issue and ensure you receive the correct item.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account or using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you placed your order as a guest, you will still receive email updates on your order. Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can track your package by clicking on the tracking number provided.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONAL CODES?

Discount and promotional codes cannot be applied to sale items or combined with any other special offers. If you experience any issues applying a code to your order, please contact our customer service team before completing your purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE?

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email and promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the unavailable item.
